Companies merge to create a microsoft dynamics powerhouse
Ho Chi Minh City, 03 October 2011 – Votiva (Vietnam) Ltd., Co announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement with Tectura Vietnam Ltd., Co. The company will operate under the name Votiva. Simultaneously, Votiva has officially signed the strategic partnership agreement with Tectura Corporation to become a unique strategic partner of Tectura in Vietnam.
The merger is expected to provide the most comprehensive ERP and CRM solutions to the market, bring a broader and deeper range of products to meet customers’ needs, extend skilled and experienced resources to deliver high quality products and services to customers locally as well as worldwide.
