Time and Expenses

In a time and expenses project, you pay for the actual man-hours you use and cover any extra expenses associated with the project - e.g. travel expenses.

The required effort is estimated before project start and actual time spent is tracked against the estimate throughout the project. The scope of the project can be adjusted along the way in order to stay on budget and time.

If you choose this model a percentage of the total project cost must be paid in advance, and you will be billed for actual consumption at regular intervals throughout the project.
