Votiva can also provide you with dedicated team leads, developers, and testers that work exclusively with you.

Dedicated resources are available on long term contracts and you pay a fixed monthly fee for their services. For select maintenance and support services we can also provide part time resources - e.g. 20 hours per week.

Dedicated resources are typically recruited to meet your exact requirements and training programs can be arranged if specialized skills are needed.

Since the cost per man hour is significantly lower when you use dedicated resources, this model is often a viable alternative to other engagement models for midsized and large projects.
